Hotel Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Olshan Properties. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Front Desk Agents and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service and have a positive experience at our hotel
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the Front Desk area
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with front desk duties during peak periods
Requirements:
- 6 months customer service experience required
- Cash handling and hotel Front Desk experience preferred
- Marriott experience preferred
- Lightspeed experience preferred
Estimated Salary: $50,000 per year
