Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  2. Process front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
  3. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and handle cash, credit card transactions professionally.
  4. Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, work well under pressure, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Computer experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and knowledge of local activities and attractions.
