Front Desk Team Member

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Process front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and handle cash, credit card transactions professionally.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, work well under pressure, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Computer experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and knowledge of local activities and attractions.
