Job Description
The Front Office Supervisor role at Olshan Properties involves overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Guest satisfaction ratings: 90% or higher
• Employee satisfaction ratings: 85% or higher
• Operational efficiency: meeting or exceeding established targets

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train Front Desk staff to meet performance expectations
• Manage guest relations, responding to concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
• 6 months customer service experience required
• Cash handling or hotel Front Desk experience preferred
• Marriott experience preferred
• Lightspeed experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor
• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Additional language ability preferred
