Job Overview:

As a Guest Relations Team Leader at Innvite Hospitality, you will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience and driving hotel success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Spearhead Front Desk training programs to enhance staff knowledge and performance.
  2. Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure seamless hotel operations, focusing on guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  3. Disseminate insights from guest feedback and service metrics to inform coaching and development initiatives.
  4. Promote a culture of exceptional customer service throughout the Front Office team.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to support hotel decision-making.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business results.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
