Job Overview:
As a Guest Relations Team Leader at Innvite Hospitality, you will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience and driving hotel success.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead Front Desk training programs to enhance staff knowledge and performance.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure seamless hotel operations, focusing on guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Disseminate insights from guest feedback and service metrics to inform coaching and development initiatives.
- Promote a culture of exceptional customer service throughout the Front Office team.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support hotel decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business results.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
