Front Desk Manager Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager Supervisor to join our team at Olshan Properties. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for managing the front desk team, providing exceptional guest service, and driving results-oriented performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by motivating and guiding team members.
- Train and develop staff to meet hotel standards and objectives.
- Monitor and control room inventory, manage guest requests, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data for management review and decision-making.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Cash handling and/or hotel front desk experience is preferred.
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (depending on experience). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
