Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Manage and track contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Material and Labor Tracking: Monitor and track material and labor costs, ensuring accurate invoicing and payment.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of related experience required.
  • Proven experience in project and/or contract administration in the construction industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of contract terminology and invoicing a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required.
