Job Title: Project Information Management Specialist

Linde Engineering Americas (LEA) is a leading technology, engineering, procurement, and construction firm focused on providing innovative solutions to customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Information Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Project Information Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and controlling all project information, including documents and engineering data. This role will also involve ensuring the overall integrity of all plant information, supporting and coordinating with engineers, and communicating contractual and IM requirements to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control all project information, including documents and engineering data
  • Ensure the overall integrity of all plant information
  • Support and coordinate with engineers
  • Communicate contractual and IM requirements to internal and external stakeholders
  • Define, implement, and execute project procedures for document and engineering data management
  • Manage the identification, specification, collection, and handover of project document and data deliverables
  • Responsible for managing data interfaces within the internal EPC applications cluster, data repositories, and external interfaces to partners and customers
  • Prepare and deliver engineering data management reports, including Construction Key Quantities, Material Take-Offs, Quantity Cost Matrix, and supplier document review status
  • Prepare reports on the status of vendor data and documentation, and analyze the Engineering Data Warehouse to prepare MTO reports and other deliverables
  • Monitor and verify man-hour consumption against deliverables completed and identify changes that impact the required budget
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or similar
  • 3+ years' experience with engineering and data/information workflow in an EPC environment
  • Proficiency in Document Control IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures
  • Strong understanding of Electronic Document Management Systems (preferably Documentum), modern database, and information system
  • Familiarity with MS Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI), and SharePoint a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as effective analytical and problem-solving skills
