Job Title: Project Manager

Linde Engineering North America LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for independently managing multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously, supporting new plant proposals, and evaluating alternatives to find solutions using a systematic approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Support new plant proposals and evaluate alternatives to find solutions
  • Evaluate and develop improvements and innovations to enhance project performance
  • Leverage the organization to achieve objectives, strategically positioning projects for short and long-term goals
  • Proactively engage present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting, and implementation
  • Monitor entire project execution life cycle for compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations
  • Coordinate all work within the scope of assigned projects and ensure objectives are met and within budget
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize work of project team and self, as well as identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Perform project engineering work as needed
  • Manage and direct contractors during field installation and interface with key stakeholders, including business, operations, and customers
  • Clearly and effectively communicate and report project status to senior management and business leaders
  • Manage safety and quality programs related to projects and prepare detailed project plans and controls elements of the plan
  • Analyze costs and benefits and recommend solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • 8 or more years of experience in engineering or project management
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Experience in Field Construction Management
  • In-depth understanding of construction contracting and contracts management, as well as construction and commissioning safety
  • Experience in engineering, construction, commissioning, or start-up of oxygen and nitrogen gas plants is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus

Salary Pay Range: 106,575 USD - 184,730 USD
