Job Title: Business Development Associate

At GLG, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our Law Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law firm clients and industry experts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert insights and recommendations to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
