Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive role at WM is a key position responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting and closing sales to new customers. This role requires developing and implementing sound selling strategies to achieve budgeted sales goals, while also managing existing business relationships to achieve budgeted sales and price goals.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and close sales opportunities to achieve budgeted sales goals
- Develop and implement sound selling strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage existing business relationships to achieve budgeted sales and price goals
- Develop and maintain key information in the prospect database
- Minimize revenue and account losses by maintaining SSDO relationship health standards
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Propose customer solutions that comply with local, state, and federal regulations
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of work experience in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, and phone-based business-to-business prospecting. The candidate should also possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and think strategically.
Work EnvironmentThis role primarily operates in a professional office environment and requires the use of standard office equipment. The expected base pay range for this position is $65,560 - $90,321, and the position is eligible for commission, incentive pay, and bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability, as well as a stock purchase plan, pension, and more.
