About the Role

Inovalon is a leading provider of data-driven solutions for the healthcare industry, and we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our SaaS products directly to healthcare industry customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell INOVALON SaaS products and services to healthcare industry customers
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Utilize CustomerCentric sales techniques to manage sales process with prospects and customers
  • Initiate outbound prospecting, qualifying, and contact verification for INOVALON services
  • Work in a team environment to drive sales activities and targets in a defined geography or territory
  • Utilize issue-based prospecting and sales techniques to uncover customer needs and value
  • Become proficient with using Salesforce Automation tools for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of successful tele-sales experience selling technology products or services
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix sales environment with close attention to detail
  • Experience making 30+ outbound phone calls per day
  • Experience working with sales force automation and contact management systems
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time)
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force
  • Frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions
  • Travel for this position may be up to 5%, typically for training purposes
Compensation

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range: $51,100-$65,000 USD
