  • Guide the day-to-day development of multiple, often simultaneous, advertising initiatives within approved plans
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge and command of clients' businesses
  • Foster partnerships with clients and manages expectations while delivering work that is creatively driven and executed flawlessly on time and on budget
  • Proactively identify potential challenges that could put project timelines in jeopardy and bring solutions to the forefront
  • Collaborate effectively with others and contribute relevant insights, feedback, and probing questions
  • Work with media and production departments to ensure necessary media placement paperwork is issued and insertion deadlines are met
  • Attend face-to-face client meetings, as well as draft communication reports documenting client decisions and feedback
  • Engage with clients independently on tactical initiatives
  • Draft project and production budgets, and work with business managers on a monthly basis to ensure accurate billing
  • Review competitive/industry news and alert clients with relevant insights
  • Train and mentor Assistant Account Executives and actively participate in agency initiatives
