Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive at Colle McVoy, you will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership to clients and teams. You will be an inquisitive self-starter who digs the details, providing tactical guidance and ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities- Guide the day-to-day development of multiple, often simultaneous, advertising initiatives within approved plans
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and command of clients' businesses
- Foster partnerships with clients and manage expectations while delivering work that is creatively driven and executed flawlessly
- Proactively identify potential challenges that could put project timelines in jeopardy and bring solutions to the forefront
- Collaborate effectively with others and contribute relevant insights, feedback, and probing questions
- Professionalism - able to respond to clients diplomatically and empathetically
- Effective Communicator - able to present ideas clearly and with conviction
- Self-Starter - quick to absorb, analyze and confidently act on large amounts of information
- Curious - seek knowledge and learn about the businesses
- Detail Oriented - highly organized and flexible
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Three or more years of agency or relevant experience
- Digital and social channel experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to travel as needed
