Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating facilities-related requests, managing the AQMD commuter program, maintaining a clean and organized office environment, and processing mail.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience, and a valid CA Driver License.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the facilities mailbox and placing maintenance service calls for corporate and satellite offices
  • Serving as a point of contact for facility vendors and coordinating vendor visits to remote locations
  • Reviewing facilities-related invoices for accuracy and assisting with periodic bidding of facility-related services
  • Overseeing the AQMD commuter program and coordinating offsite storage and retrieval
  • Picking up, sorting, and distributing mail, and collecting outgoing mail for the mail service vendor
  • Maintaining the mail machine, including supplies in stock, and performing maintenance repairs
  • Setting up and maintaining conference rooms for meetings, including preparing coffee and cleaning the rooms
  • Filling and maintaining coffee machines for the Corporate location and monitoring and ordering supplies for the kitchens and supplies room
  • Tracking and prioritizing daily task schedules and traveling to other locations as needed
