Seeking Clinical Practitioner for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facility

We have an outstanding opportunity for a skilled clinical practitioner to join our team at a conveniently located skilled nursing and assisted living facility in Sanford, North Carolina. As a TeamHealth post-acute care nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA), you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and staff.



Responsibilities


  • Provide coverage for our skilled nursing and assisted living facility in Sanford, North Carolina
  • Deliver excellent patient care and support to our patients and staff
  • Collaborate with our responsive back-office team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements


  • North Carolina NP or PA License and DEA
  • Ability to see 15+ patients per day
  • Ability to adhere to timely chart completions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
