Project Business Coordinator

Join The Judge Group as a Project Business Coordinator and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, managing project meetings, and identifying and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Compile project status reports and coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage project meetings and identify technical issues that require assistance.
  • Assist in project communications and issue straightforward communications to limited audiences.
  • Work under supervision to coordinate specific components and project work activities.
  • Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables in client tools.
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating information to support project design and planning.
  • Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plan documents.
Requirements:
  • High-level executive presentation experience in PowerPoint or Google Apps.
  • 5+ years' experience in administrative roles, including scheduling and running meetings, taking and sending notes and action items, and running presentations.
  • Previous experience working in a professional environment.
Desired Skills:
  • Previous project management or PM coordinator experience.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Education/Certifications:

Formal education will be considered in the hiring process, but there are no specific requirements for this role.
