Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at NextGen Global Resources. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communications
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution
- Manage project documentation, reports, and data
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
- Identify and assist with technical problem troubleshooting
- High level of executive presentation experience in PowerPoint or Google Apps
- Previous administrative experience - scheduling and running meetings, taking and sending out notes and action items, running presentations, putting together presentation decks and data, charts, and information in an executive format
- Previously worked in a professional environment
- Previous project management or PM coordinator experience
- Organized
- Previous data analyst experience
