Employee Relations Manager

A leading Oil & Gas company in Downtown Houston, TX is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to drive employee engagement and resolve workplace conflicts. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and unfair treatment
  • Work with management to address employee performance issues and provide guidance on labor and employment law compliance
  • Develop and maintain a complaint tracking system and employee ambassador program
  • Partner with outside counsel and agencies to ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Conduct training sessions on conflict resolution and grievance procedures

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation and relational skills
