Job Title: Compliance and Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for conducting full-cycle investigations, providing subject matter expertise, and ensuring policies and procedures meet legal standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations involving interviews, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance and employee relation issues to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with current state and federal employment laws, including EEOC and Title IX regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and the legal department to develop strategic communication plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
  • 7 years of relevant HR experience, specifically with investigations.
  • Experience with Title IX, EEO, or HR Investigations required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
