Pure Barre Addison: Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales process and provide exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales representatives, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales process from start to finish, meeting measurable sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Attend and supervise introductory classes to ensure a positive experience for new clients
  • Supervise and train sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing members through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email communication
  • Become proficient in ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and identify sales opportunities
  • Contact prospects and leads to schedule barre classes and enroll them in membership programs
  • Drive and retain retail and membership sales, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and literature are readily available
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  • Drive and passion for creating and making sales, with a proven track record of success
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training sales representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Solution-based and results-oriented, with a competitive spirit and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness, with a strong understanding of the Pure Barre brand and values
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information, with the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Compensation and Perks:
  • Hourly base rate (based on experience, ranging from $15 to $20 per hour) plus commission
  • Unlimited Pure Barre membership while employed
  • This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, with all hiring decisions made by the management of this franchisee
