Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Branded and Specialty Strategic Global Sourcing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and executing commercialization opportunities across all ABC commercial segments and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercialization strategies in collaboration with Strategic Manufacturers and other sourcing leaders and business unit sales leaders.
  • Streamline sourcing activities to sell-side commercialization opportunities and maximize margin value and share growth.
  • Provide project management skills, ad-hoc data analysis, process development and enhancement, and profitability reporting.
  • Drive tool enablement for the franchises and develop analytical insights into enterprise-wide item-level profitability through tool enablement and process improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, finance, or accountancy.
  • 10 years of related experience with 5 years' experience at a management level.
  • Specific experience with Supply Chain, Finance, and SAP reporting is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication skills, and ability to influence and motivate others.
