Job Summary

The Director of Branded and Specialty Commercialization will play a pivotal role in driving commercialization opportunities across all ABC commercial segments and business units. This individual will be responsible for streamlining sourcing activities to sell-side commercialization opportunities, with the ultimate goal of maximizing margin value and share growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercialization strategies in collaboration with Strategic Manufacturers, sourcing leaders, and business unit sales leaders.
  • Identify and communicate margin value and share growth opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and manage sourcing and distribution agreements for brand and specialty pharmaceutical products and services.
  • Provide regular reporting on KPIs to commercial segments, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Develop analytical insights into enterprise-wide item-level profitability through tool enablement and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, finance, and sales teams to streamline commercialization of buy-side to sell-side levers of brand and specialty franchises.
  • Continuously identify and assess functional areas for process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, finance, or accountancy.
  • 10+ years of related experience, with 5+ years at a management level.
  • Specific experience with Supply Chain, Finance, and SAP reporting is preferred.
  • Consumer/Pharmaceutical experience is also preferred.
