Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ICON Consultants, LP. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our work unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to supervisory and nonsupervisory employees, including filing, records maintenance, and data compilation.
- Assist with budget-related tasks, scheduling appointments, and calendar maintenance.
- Answer and screen telephone calls, prepare expense reports, and make travel arrangements.
- Distribute mail, greet and escort visitors, and assist new employees.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school education or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of general administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and college-level education.
- Intermediate to senior-level administrative knowledge and skills, including advanced software skills.
