Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales position (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, ideally within the luxury market (preferred)
- Track record of achieving and surpassing financial sales targets (required)
- Solid background in telephonic sales (not limited to appointment setting or outbound calls)
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to cultivate and sustain relationships with premium clients
- This role is not intended for entry-level candidates or those pursuing customer service positions
- Flexibility in your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available during flexible hours from 5am PST to 7pm PST, including weekends
- One weekday and one weekend day off will be provided each week
- Ability to adhere to a structured work environment with strict schedule compliance
- Previous sales experience with a focus on closing deals on the first call
- Proficient in basic computer applications and tools (MS Word, Teams, Outlook)


Requirements for Your Workspace:
- A distraction-free home office environment
- Space for a desktop computer with 2-3 monitors
- Reliable power source and internet connection: Dedicated high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps for both upload and download) with an ethernet connection (no wireless connections, Wi-Fi extenders, or hotspots)


What We Provide:
- Competitive compensation structure with an average earning potential of $90,000 annually (base hourly rate plus commission).
- Hourly pay is influenced by various factors, including years of experience and relevant business considerations.
- Historical average commission of $53,000 annually (based on department performance and commission plan terms)
- Eligibility for annual discretionary bonuses.
- 401(k) plan with company matching.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance at a highly subsidized rate (some plans fully covered by the company).
- Paid training (hourly pay plus guaranteed commission)
- Accrual of 15 paid vacation days, sick leave as per state regulations, and 6 paid holidays each year.
