**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage all food ordering and inventory control to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Assign accurate prep lists to the team to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective labor forecasting and scheduling strategies to control costs and maximize revenue.
  • Ensure the team adheres to strict safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and teach the menu and recipes to each team member to ensure consistency and accuracy in quality and presentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and be proficient in each kitchen station, working closely with the team during peak periods.
  • Collaborate with the expo and runners team to ensure consistency in quality and presentation, maintaining hot and cold food temperatures.

**Ideal Candidate**

We seek a highly experienced Executive Chef with a minimum of five years of experience in upscale dining environments, preferably with one to three years in an Executive Chef or similar role. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in fine dining or upscale food environments and be available for weekend scheduling.
