Job Summary

Hammes Staffing is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    • Record and process payments to vendors.
    • Monitor and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly financial reports for management.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping or payroll.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
