Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. This is a full-time opportunity available, with shifts needed Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

About the Role

The primary purpose of this job is to administer and perform human resources/payroll functions in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles and state and federal regulations. As a key member of our team, you will follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies, as well as maintain established standards of practice set forth by our administration and Administrative Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
  • A working knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers compensation & unemployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
  • A high school graduate or equivalent, with an Associate's Degree or higher preferred but not required.
