Accounting Operations Coordinator

5 Stars Roofing is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to support our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and coordinating bill pay and accounts receivable.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Quickbooks and a strong understanding of financial principles.
This is a part-time opportunity with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment in the future.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and update financial records using Quickbooks.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Manage supplier and vendor bill pay.
- Manage accounts receivable.
- Assist in budgeting processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of accounts.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks.
- Experience with bank reconciliation is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required to ensure accuracy in all financial records.
**Compensation:** We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location.
