Este puesto es fundamental para actuar como el primer punto de contacto para los clientes del centro financiero, ayudando a identificar las necesidades bancarias personales tanto de clientes individuales como de pequeñas empresas, ofreciendo soluciones adecuadas y conectando a los clientes con especialistas.

Las responsabilidades clave incluyen fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes a través de servicios de plataforma, apoyar a los clientes con actividades de autoservicio o transaccionales, y proporcionar una atención al cliente excepcional.

Las expectativas del trabajo incluyen conectar proactivamente con los clientes a través de llamadas salientes y realizar rutinas de seguimiento consistentes.

Calificaciones Requeridas:
Mínimo de un año de experiencia en ventas demostrada en un entorno orientado a las relaciones y centrado en el cliente.
En lugar de un año de experiencia en ventas, haber ocupado previamente el cargo de Gerente de Relaciones (RM), Gerente de Desarrollo de Asesores (ADP) RM, Asesor de Soluciones de Crédito (CSA I) o Especialista en Gerencia de Relaciones para Propietarios de Negocios (RMBOS) en Bank of America durante un mínimo de seis meses.
Entusiasta, altamente motivado, auto-iniciador con una sólida ética de trabajo y un intenso enfoque en resultados, actuando en el mejor interés del cliente.
Colabora de manera efectiva para lograr resultados, construyendo y nutriendo relaciones sólidas.
Demuestra pasión, compromiso y determinación para ofrecer una experiencia que mejore la vida financiera de nuestros clientes.
Confianza en identificar soluciones para ayudar a nuevos y existentes clientes según sus necesidades.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y segura, y sentirse cómodo interactuando con todos los clientes (en persona y por teléfono).
Capacidad para aprender y adaptarse a nueva información, plataformas tecnológicas, manejar la ambigüedad y adaptarse a circunstancias cambiantes.
Aplica sólidas habilidades de pensamiento crítico y resolución de problemas para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
Demuestra habilidades efectivas de gestión del tiempo y la capacidad de organizar, priorizar y realizar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
Es un notario comisionado o puede obtener con éxito una comisión de notario en el estado en el que trabaja dentro de unos meses desde la fecha de inicio en el rol (el plazo exacto varía según la ubicación debido a las diferentes leyes estatales).
Puede ser flexible para trabajar fines de semana y/o horas extendidas según sea necesario.
