POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Guest Services Coordinator, your role will involve direct interaction with Owners and guests from their arrival until their departure. Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to, managing all guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as providing precise information about the resort and the local area, all while ensuring a customized vacation experience for each Owner and guest.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to company policies and procedures; report any incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; maintain a clean and professional appearance; safeguard confidential information; protect company resources.
- Greet and acknowledge guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address their service requirements; assist individuals with disabilities; express genuine gratitude to guests.
- Communicate clearly and professionally; handle phone calls with appropriate etiquette.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships; collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives; listen and respond effectively to employee concerns.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Safely move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Carry out other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
- Exhibit a strong focus on customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
