Benefits and Compensation Specialist

Job Summary:The Benefits, HRIS, and Training Specialist is responsible for supporting organization-wide employee benefits programs, HRIS systems, and employee training platforms. This role involves working with Human Resources leadership to develop and implement key initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Benefits Administration: Supports day-to-day employee questions on benefits plans, collaborates on development and administration of employee benefits programs, manages open enrollment processes, and ensures competitive and cost-effective benefit plans.
- HRIS: Supports all HRIS systems, develops and documents HRIS business process workflows, maintains and administers ad hoc report writing tools, and analyzes HR data to generate reports and metrics.
- Training: Coordinates operation and use of training programs, provides systems support, resolves systems issues, and develops and implements program processes and procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related majors preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources related position, with benefits, HRIS, and/or HR Generalist experience preferred.
- Aviation, Manufacturing, or Trades Industry experience is a plus; experience with UKG HRIS software is also beneficial.
