Job Summary

Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airline Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international airline clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with fare quotes and boarding gate functions
  • Perform assignments at the ticket counter, airport lobby, baggage counter, gate check-in, control-center, and other functional areas
  • Maintain professional interaction with airline passengers, clients, and crew
  • Translate and transcribe when possible
  • Take care of company assets and be aware of costs associated with damage
  • Complete accurate cash handling transactions, manifests, and labeling
  • Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with operational policies and standards
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection
  • Able to speak, read, and write in English and German
  • Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Basic math skills and computer literacy
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include varied shifts, some overtime, occasional lifting of 70-100 lbs, long periods of standing and walking, and continuous standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, grasping, and picking up items.
