If you are eager to learn new skills, organized, and able to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesAs an Airline Customer Service Representative, you will learn behind-the-scene workings of an international airport, rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport. You will experience how to effectively navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance. You will also have the opportunity to professionally interact with high-profile passengers and partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.RequirementsWe are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, high school graduates or G.E.D. equivalent, and able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection. English proficiency is required, and other languages are a plus.
