Customer Service Representative Job Description

At Hallmark Aviation Services, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients at the ATL International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to domestic and international airline passengers
  • Rotate through various airport areas, including check-in counters, departure gates, and customs
  • Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
  • Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport and adapt quickly to unforeseen situations

Requirements:
  • Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges
  • Organized and logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a dynamic environment
  • At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection
