Job Overview

G2 Secure Staff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiting Administrator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruiting team and coordinating day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate information, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, including ordering office supplies, maintaining department equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with screening qualified candidates, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling in-person interviews.
  • Update candidate information for multiple locations and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer telephone, screen calls, take messages, and provide information according to established policies.
  • Answer routine inquiries and draft correspondence.
  • Complete and maintain personnel files, where applicable.
  • Assist in setting up the office system and maintaining its functionality.
  • Order office supplies and assist in the care and maintenance of department equipment.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating hiring events, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Responsible for compliance with I-9 management for multiple locations.
  • Review files for compliance and notifies the Manager of compliance deficiencies.
  • Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain the cleanliness of immediate work area, and report maintenance needs.
  • Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and the public in a courteous manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achieving company objectives.
  • Participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of HR or Recruiting Admin experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Two (2) years of Microsoft office experience, preferably in an HR environment.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team while focusing on details.
  • Must have a reliable telephone number for contact.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
