We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  2. Build and maintain relationships with product representatives, clients, and internal stakeholders
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  4. Pursue and close new business deals through effective sales and marketing techniques
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC industry and its trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing principles and practices
