As the clinical leader, you will work collaboratively with clients, caregivers, and other staff members to create personalized treatment plans that foster growth and improvement.

Job Summary:

The Transformational Behavioral Specialist serves as the primary therapist, overseeing the development of comprehensive treatment services for each client on their caseload. This critical role involves supervising and guiding Behavioral Health Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure seamless delivery of care.

About the Position:

  • Lead the client's treatment team in home, school, daycare, and community settings
  • Develop effective treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis principles
  • Analyze data to inform intervention strategies and drive positive outcomes
  • Implement interventions directly with individuals and provide training to caregivers and staff

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification or equivalent experience
  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • At least one year of full-time ABA experience, preferably working with individuals with autism
