We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our financial center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and is eager to make a real difference in people's lives. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service resources, and assist with conducting transactions through mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients as needed.
  • Have deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities.
  • Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
