Job Title: Veterinary Client Experience Manager

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Veterinary Client Experience Manager to lead our client service efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for pet owners and their pets.

About the Role:

  1. Manage the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient services.
  2. Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication and service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.
  4. Maintain accurate financial records and optimize hospital finances.
  5. Collaborate with veterinary medical teams to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within a veterinary setting.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
