**Job Summary:**
The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring that every client has an exceptional experience at Banfield Pet Hospital. This includes greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.

- Collaborate with veterinary medical teams to ensure seamless care and communication with clients.
