Position Overview:
The Area Manager at [solidcore] is an essential leadership role focused on nurturing the growth and development of the team while passionately promoting the [solidcore] brand and workout experience. This position is fundamentally about people leadership, emphasizing the importance of building strong community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
As a multi-dimensional role, the Area Manager is responsible for overseeing all performance and growth aspects across various studios. This includes:
  • Creating and managing class schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Taking full operational and financial responsibility for multiple studios within a designated region.
  • Achieving revenue and sales objectives while attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
  • Collaborating closely with the Director of Studios to manage daily operations and implement company-wide strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance indicators such as sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
  • Developing local initiatives and marketing strategies to drive unique traffic and exceed studio-specific goals.
  • Building relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities, as well as key influencers and potential corporate partners.
  • Acting as a [solidcore] studio coach, maintaining a schedule of at least 6 classes per week.
  • Ensuring timely and positive communication with clients.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Head Coach-Community Managers.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • A full-time commitment with an expected 40 hours of work per week, including coaching classes.
  • 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience.
  • 3-5 years of prior people management experience in high-end fitness, retail, or hospitality.
  • 2 years of experience in group fitness instruction, personal training, or professional athletic training.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
  • The ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
