- Demonstrated success in expanding membership through new member acquisitions.

Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record in driving new member growth - mandatory.
- Capacity to foster a positive team atmosphere - mandatory.

- A minimum of 3 years in fitness management - mandatory.
- Innovative management strategies - mandatory.
- Experience in Group Fitness and Personal Training - preferred.

Sales and Revenue Oversight:
- Understand the metrics and devise a strategy: set daily production targets for the team (leads, appointments, sales, referrals, and collections).
- Implement the strategy and ensure team accountability: conduct daily production discussions with leadership and daily team briefings.
- Onboard new hires using the MSR Essentials program and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Serve as the expert on in-club analytics.
- Lead the development of the monthly marketing initiatives.
