General Manager – Fitness Studio

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in driving new member growth - essential.
  • Ability to foster a positive team atmosphere - essential.
  • Strong leadership capabilities - essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years in fitness management - essential.
  • Innovative management strategies - essential.
  • Experience in Group Fitness and Personal Training - preferred.
  • Familiarity with ABC systems - preferred.

Sales and Revenue Oversight:

  • Understand the metrics and develop a strategy: set daily performance targets for the team (leads, appointments, sales, referrals, and collections).
  • Implement the strategy and ensure team accountability: conduct daily performance calls with leadership and daily briefings with the in-club team.
  • Facilitate onboarding through the MSR Essentials program and conduct regular performance evaluations using in-club tools.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for in-club analytics.
  • Lead the development of the monthly marketing calendar.
