Sales and Revenue Oversight:
- Understand the metrics and devise a strategy: set daily production targets for the team (leads, appointments, sales, referrals, and collections).
- Implement the strategy and ensure team accountability: conduct daily production meetings with leadership and daily team briefings.
- Facilitate onboarding through the MSR Essentials program and conduct regular performance evaluations using in-club tools.
- Serve as the expert for in-club performance analytics.
- Lead the monthly marketing initiatives.
