Bancroft Construction Company is seeking a dedicated Project Executive to join our team. This full-time role encompasses key responsibilities across several vital areas: Internal Project Team Support, Operational Oversight, Risk Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Development, and Cultural Advocacy. These responsibilities are integral to our commitment to achieving excellence in External Relations, Growth, Customer Satisfaction, Operational Excellence, and Internal Harmony.

To ensure the success of our projects, Project Executives must exhibit adaptability and responsiveness in their duties, reflecting the evolving nature of project demands.

Key Responsibilities:Internal Project Team Support
  • Offer guidance and leadership to various project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources to meet client expectations effectively.
  • Mentor project teams by recognizing key insights and opportunities for both team and individual growth.
Operational Oversight
  • Engage with internal systems, processes, and controls (Bancroft Way) to ensure consistent and effective execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide continuous coaching to project teams based on client feedback to enhance project experiences.
Risk Management
  • Collaborate proactively with project teams to identify potential risks (e.g., cost, safety, quality, schedule) and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure oversight of sensitive or high-risk areas for the owner.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Act as a liaison between Bancroft Project Teams and executive-level owner representatives, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Establish project objectives related to success factors, timelines, budgets, scopes, safety, challenges, and execution plans.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, design teams, and stakeholders that align with project goals.
  • Support Bancroft's Mission and Vision by engaging in professional opportunities to share expertise with stakeholders.
Business Development
  • Transform your network into actionable projects.
  • Foster relationships with Bancroft personnel, clients, AEs, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and influencers to identify future opportunities.
  • Engage in industry associations to cultivate new connections.
  • Assist in work acquisition efforts through proposal development, presentation strategies, and contract negotiations.
Cultural Advocacy
  • Promote and embody Bancroft's culture to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with contract methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Professional communication skills, both oral and written, when interacting with employees, vendors, clients, and owners.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills necessary for the role.
Education/Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
  • Over fifteen years of practical experience in the construction industry, with at least five years in project management, estimating, or design.
  • Experience across all phases of construction.
  • Exposure to multiple construction market sectors.
