Lead Aviation Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a Lead Aviation Engineering Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. This position entails guiding and managing the aviation engineering team, overseeing project execution, nurturing client relationships, and fostering team development. You will be responsible for all facets of project delivery, encompassing contract oversight and quality control. Our projects span various domains, including runway design and infrastructure development. As a key contributor, you will play a significant role in shaping initiatives from inception to realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the aviation engineering team
  • Mentor and cultivate high-performing teams
  • Expand business opportunities within the aviation sector
  • Monitor project execution and performance
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in civil design
  • Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Strong team player with excellent leadership capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
