About the Role

Aristotle Capital Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice President, Regional Director of Wealth Management to lead our wealth management efforts in a specific territory. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and service strategy to drive growth and increase sales of Aristotle's investment strategies in the assigned territory.
  • Manage a multi-state territory, maintaining a high level of client service while growing territory assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broker-dealers, particularly in the Wirehouse Wealth Management channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and business development strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant financial services industry experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Prior experience as an internal and external sales professional, with a strong understanding of the wealth management industry.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a strong academic background.
  • Advanced/Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CFP, MBA) is highly desirable.
  • Series 7, Series 63 or 66, and clean U4/5 are required.
  • Existing relationships within the Wirehouse Wealth Management channels are highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of SMA, UMA, mutual funds, and other investment products is required.
  • Proactive phone work, face-to-face client meetings/presentations skills, and experience with a knowledge-driven consultative sales process are required.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $225,000.00 to $250,000.00, plus commissions. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.
