Job SummaryThe CRP Financial Advisor position at Wealth Enhancement Group services clients who come through the custodian channels. This role focuses on helping clients achieve their financial goals while providing exceptional client service that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and assist senior advisors with the management of complex clients to the WEG planning-based standard of identity.
- Facilitate the financial planning process, discovering a prospect or client's values, goals, and objectives, understanding their current financial situation, and engaging them in the financial planning process.
- Prepare and conduct annual reviews, including both planning and investment topics.
- Source and close prospective clients, proactively following up with clients who have not implemented financial plans, closing leads provided by various WEG channels, creating opportunities within your network, and driving referrals from existing clients.
- Manage client relationships and client service as needed, assisting the Financial Advisor during client meetings and with follow-up, taking meeting notes and promptly entering them into the CRM, presenting financial advice or plans to clients with the Financial Advisor, meeting with clients to obtain additional planning information or to clarify/confirm information provided, analyzing clients' current investments and insurance policies, and placing trades and account management.
- Requires a 4-year degree, with business, finance, or economics preferred.
- Advanced designation required, such as CFP, CPA, or MBA.
- Series 7, 66 (BD/RIA) licenses.
- Insurance licenses.
- 10+ years' sales experience in the wealth management industry.
- Ability to source and convert prospects to clients and provide high-level planning-oriented service to a fast-growing book of business.
- Possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
