Field Sales Representative

Vinci is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Louisiana, US. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract new customers and expand sales with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular interactions, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, while expanding sales with existing clients.
  • Gain Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain Sales Records: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ Years Sales Experience: Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Software: Proficient in using computer software.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
