Job Overview

BCforward is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the transition of Managed Print Services (MPS) projects from customers to our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver MPS projects, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and our organization's goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex project-related issues, applying creative problem-solving skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Education: First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in project management tools and software.
